The wine of the ancient Romans, Aglianico is a noble grape and a natural fit for the Paso Robles climate. Its richness and complexity makes it fun to make and watch evolve in the cellar. This wine comes from the Nevarez Vineyard- Juan Nevarez is a long time friend and supporter of Italian-varietal wines in Paso Robles.
